Privacy policy
Goda Nyheter Idag publishes short good-news videos for everyone in Sweden on TikTok and Instagram. The Goda Nyheter Idag app is the publishing tool the channel uses to prepare those videos and send them to the channel's own TikTok and Instagram accounts. It is operated by the channel owner and is not used to sign in or post on behalf of other people.
What the app accesses
- Basic profile information of the connected channel account (
user.info.basicon TikTok,instagram_business_basicon Instagram), to confirm which account is connected. - Permission to upload videos to the channel's TikTok inbox (
video.upload), where the owner reviews and publishes them, and to publish Reels to the channel's Instagram account (instagram_business_content_publish).
What the app stores
Only the access tokens for the channel's own accounts, stored as encrypted secrets. The app does not collect, store or share any data about viewers, followers or other users. This website uses no cookies and no tracking.
Third parties
Videos and summaries are created from public news articles using Google's Gemini API. No user data is sent to third parties.
Revoking access
Access can be revoked at any time in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions) or Instagram (Settings → Apps and websites), which invalidates the stored tokens.
